This large estate celebrates the arrival with a new, proportionately correct "motor court". A simple, narrow, asphalt driveway gave way to this impressive space that was largely imagined by its owner. Not without its challenges, the terrace that is seen was created from carving out what was a gentle slope with a meandering driveway. Though (2) massive, illuminated columns owners and guests alike have a clear vision of this stately home. The large paved surface is detailed with concrete pavers bound by granite curbing. Much of the existing plant material was preserved to maintain a mature appearance.
