This mini estate was progressing nicely when we met. A young family turning their attention to the landscape had a nice blank slate to begin their programming. With the driveway in place a small drop off point was created at the front door. A large barn and tennis court were located for both convenience and privacy as well as private outdoor dining space and large yard for lots of active recreation.
