Seaside Cottage

We met this project as a vacant lot. Assisting with the selection of floor plans, the house was selected and located to maximize solar orientation, desirable views and a welcoming sense of arrival. A modest pool was chosen and located for viewing pleasure as much as a recreational amenity.
