A small house on a tight site gave way to this large three story home. Making the site even tighter! We love a challenge so after arriving at the design as you see it below we set about to carve out the outdoor entertaining space you see below. Multiple levels to access the space were all accommodated with walls, some existing and some added, as well steps that were built from poured concrete and veneered with stone to match the house. Fencing to provide privacy and contain the newly adopted dog contain all of the space. The limited front yard was largely paved with a permeable pavement and further defined with plants that can sustain a harsh environment. A day at the beach!
